Er arbeitet genreübergreifend und mischt alles von Soul, Rock, Reggae über HipHop und Breakbeats bis hin zu Garage und Drum’n’Bass.DJ Beware war dreimal hintereinander Sieger der Technics DMC-Competition in Hong Kong (2001-2003) und ist auch Teil der britischen Turntablist-Crew Truesicians, die den DMC-Contest für England 2003 für sich entscheiden konnten. Beware ist der Tour-DJ für Patrice und I-Wolf. Neben seiner eigenen Mix-Show auf FM4, The Playground, ist er neben DJ DSL Resident DJ der wöchentlichen FM4 Hip Hop Sendung Tribe Vibes.

Schon seit seiner Kindheit von Musik, anfänglich insbesondere von Motown und Reggae beeindruckt, wollte Dynamite MC eigentlich DJ werden. Da er sich aber keine Turntables leisten konnte, übte er sich am Leistbaren, dem Mikrophon. Als er Roni Size und DJ Krust 1993 in einem Club traf, war er schon fixer Teil der Szene und praktizierender MC. Obwohl er nur auf dem Eröffnungstrack (Railing) des 1997er Albums New Forms involviert war, wurde er bald ein wichtiger Teil der Live-Shows von Roni Size’s Reprazent und ist unter anderem auch auf dem Smasher Dirty Beats zu hören. Nach verschiedenen Guest-Appearances bei anderen Artists wie DJ Zinc und Nextmen sowie einer Phase bei Talkin Loud veröffentlichte Dynamite MC sein erstes Solo-Debüt The World of Dynamite auf seinem eigenen Label Strong Records. Das Album ist bahnbrechend und Zeugnis einer engen Zusammenarbeit mit den wichtigsten Drum’n’Bass-Produzenten, wie etwa Roni Size (Gold, The Scene), Andy C (Hotness) und Marky und XRS (The Feeling).
Darüberhinaus hat er noch mit zwei der derzeit angesagtesten Vocalisten gearbeitet, nämlich mit MC Skibadee auf ’Over Here Now’ und Jamaica's Man of the Moment, Dancehall MC Elephant Man auf ’Pressure’.
The magnetic brilliance of front man Dynamite MC began developing with his childhood influences spanning early Motown and Reggae. Initially harbouring ambitions to be a DJ, Dynamite discovered he couldn't afford a set of turntables and opted for the next best thing. A natural on the mic, he was already a jobbing MC when he met Roni and Krust in a club in '93. Though Dynamite only featured on the opening track of 1997's 'New Forms' album, 'Railing', he became an integral part of the Reprazent live experience and can also be found on Dirty Beats. Having developed his style considerably, Dynamite is known and loved well beyond the Drum’n’Bass scene and has also provided guest vocals for the Nextmen, Skitz and Zinc on their own projects. Signed to Talkin Loud as a solo artist in his own right, Dynamite MC started recording his debut album 'The World of Dynamite'. When Talkin Loud was closed down by Universal, Dynamite took the decision to finish the album and release it himself, forming his own label Strong Records for that very purpose.
The album is a landmark release from a vocalist from the Drum'n'Bass scene. Working with the cream of the D'n'B producers Roni Size (Gold, The Scene), Andy C (Hotness) and Marky and XRS (The Feeling), Dynamite was keen to bring out all his influences and spread out across the spectrum of UK dance and urban music. Dynamite has also worked with two of the most respected fellow vocalists around fellow MC Skibadee on ’Over Here Now’ and Jamaica's man of the moment, dancehall MC Elephant Man on ’Pressure ’.
